SWMMEXPORT

The command SWMMEXPORT exports the INP file from SWMM

To use, call SWMMEXPORT from the command line, menu, toolbar, or Ribbon

The purpose of this command is to enable the generation of calculation memory, which may be required by some utilities.

All settings present in the node will be exported. SWMM from the Settings tab, as well as all Drainage Networks enabled for current project SWMM. The generated file will be compatible with SWMM API version 5.1.015.

Note, the purpose of the command is not to generate an INP file to be calculated in SWMM, "corrected" and reimported into SOLIDOS. By the way, this workflow is discouraged. The network imported by the command SWMMIMPORT is not overlaid with the chosen network but merged, so if there are devices on the chosen network, they are not changed.

The entire calculation process can be activated directly in SOLIDOS using the command SWMMCALC, since SOLIDOS also implements the SWMM API calculation engine and has more editing tools than SWMMCALC itself.

Note: SWMM API errors may occur during export. These errors may or may not interrupt the export process. If they stop, an error message will be displayed, which is listed in the topic SWMM Errors.
