SOLIDOS Modeler - Transition

Transition - creates a solid by transitioning two plane figures ( circle or polyline):

This activity is used in manholes, where there is a transition cone between the body, which is normally rectangular, and the chimney, which is circular:

The Transition activity has the following properties:

• Identification
  • Name - name of the activity
    The circle name must follow the naming rules
  • Initial Section - name of the initial section, it must be a flat figure ( circle or polyline)
  • Final Section - name of the final section, it must be a flat figure ( circle or polyline)
  • Guides - names of the axis that guide the transition between the beginning and the end of the section, must be curves
    To edit, click the button () that appears in this field, or select this property in the properties box. It will be open or geometry list editor
  • Object Visible - indicates whether or not the point should be drawn in the preview
    
    

If the text gets too big/small, or the sphere that represents the point gets too big or small, use the buttons ( A, a, , ) at the top of the screen to change the preview
