SWMM - Clomatology

To edit the Climatology parameters that are used by certain SWMM simulations, click properties, in the node Settings / Swmm / Climatology:

The properties are:

• Identification
  • Priority (Priority, Enum) - Information about the current state of the item. It might be:
    • Neutral: no problem
    • Critical: Some issue that prevents the item from being calculated or used, for example:
      • the Climate File does not exist
  • Object Type (Type, Type) - informs the object type
• SWMM
  • Monthly Adjustments (Adjustments, SwmmAdjustments) - Provides a set of monthly adjustments applied to temperature, evaporation rate, and precipitation that SWMM uses at each step of simulation time
  • Depletion Curves (ArealDepletion, SwmmArealDepletion) - Specifies the points on the Depletion Curves of impermeable and permeable surfaces
  • Snow Melt (SnowMelt, SwmmSnowMelt) - Provides parameters related to Snow Melt calculations
  • Evaporation (Evaporation, SwmmEvaporation) - Provides potential evaporation rates for a study area
  • Temperature (Temperature, SwmmTemperature) - Specifies the source of temperature data used for Snow Melt calculations
  • Wind Speed (WindSpeed, SwmmWindSpeed) - Reports monthly average wind speeds, which are used when calculating Snow Melt rates in warmer conditions. rain
