Solids Builder - 3D Rotate
3D Rotate - creates a rotated copy of a geometry, at a given
point,
axis and rotation:
Note, the source item will not be modified.
The geometry is cloned and then rotated to another position.
The Rotate 3D activity has the following properties:
- Identification
- Name - extrude name
The activity name must follow the naming rules
- Geometry to Transform - name of the geometry to be transformed
- axis - name of the
vector that will serve as the turning axis
- Center - name of the
point that will serve as the center
- angle - a numeric value or a VB expression the angle, positive counterclockwise in the plane of rotation
- Visible Object - indicates whether or not the point should be drawn in the preview

- angle Offset - VB expression that distances the dimension line
- Show angle Dimension - indicates whether to draw a dimension
- angle Template - a text template that provides the dimension
Use <> for the dimension(Example: angle = <>)
