Solids Builder - Extrude

Extrude - creates an extruded solid from a plane figure ( circle ou polyline) at an informed height:

Extruding is the most basic activity that generates solids. It will solve most device models.

The Extrude activity has the following properties:

• Identification
  • Name - extrude name
    The name of the extrude must follow the naming rules
  • Figure to Extrude - name of the flat curve to be extruded ( circleou polyline)
  • Height - a VB expression to evaluate the height value to extrude the figure
  • Visible Object - indicates whether or not the point should be drawn in the preview
    
    
• Height Dimension
  • Height Offset - distance between the dimension line and the line that Junctions the centroides of the extruded figure from beginning to end
  • Show Height Dimension - indicates whether to draw a dimension at the height of the solid
  • Height Template - a text template that provides the dimension
    Use <> for de dimension(Example: Height = <>)

If the text is too big/small, or the sphere representing the point is too big or small, use the buttons ( A, a, , ) at the top of the screen to change the preview
