SOLIDOS Modeler - Vector (XYZ)

Vector (XYZ) - creates a vector, given the lengths in X, Y, Z:

Vectors are auxiliary tools for drawing various types of objects. For example, to draw a Circle, é The coordinates of the center, the radius, and also the vector normal to the plane in which the circle is drawn:

The activity Vector (XYZ) has the following properties:

• Identification
  • Name - name of the activity
    The point name must follow the naming rules
  • Ordened X - a VB expression for the X-coordinate
  • Y-coordinate - a VB expression for the Y-coordinate
  • Z-coordinate - a VB expression for the Z-coordinate
  • Show at Point - the name of the point where the vector will be shown in the preview (in the example of the circle above, the vector is shown at the point called center)
  • Visible Object - indicates whether the point should or should not be drawn in the preview

If the text becomes too large/small, or the sphere representing the point becomes too large or small, use the buttons (A, a, , ) at the top of the screen to change the preview
