Edits the properties of a gutter
With this command you can change all properties of a gutter.
When use this command, opens the following screen:
This screen has three tabs:

Worksheet - Contains the properties of picture parameter of the gutters

Gutter - Contains the properties of the gutter

Graphics - Contains graphics results
