"SemEstrutura" Error
When calling the command 
C3DCALC, the network will be listed by C3DRENESG and it should pass
in consistency test.
If a pipe does not have a structure connected to its upstream or downstream,
will be produced this error:
For convenience, will be made a "zoom" the network location where this error occurs.
Correct position
the pipe or structure such appearing connection between the two (indicated by arrow)
