This command disassociates the contributing area of structure.
Note: that it is only necessary for drainage networks.
When activating it, is asked to select a structure.
If this contains a
associated polyline that represents the contribution area, this bond will
broken and the hatch area will be deleted.
The polyline is maintained
for convenience.
