NOTASERV2 - Settings
NOTASERV2 has a set of configurations interfering with the
table rows.
For example: if we are interested in
coordinates (X, Y) of the stations of an alignment, we need to inform the
program, which stations will be included in the table:
Click the
Settings button, we have the following options:
-
Alignment Geometry - includes the stations of geometry points, PIs, superelevation.
..
-
Major stations
-
Minor stations
-
Intersections - station, coordinate, and name of the alignment that intersects with the current alignment
-
Superelevation points
-
Geometry points - PP, PC, PT, TS, ST.
..
-
Start Interval - initial station processed in alignment
-
End Interval - final station processed in alignment
-
Station Equations
-
PIs - extended PIs of curves
-
Profile Geometry
-
Profile geometry - PCV, PTC, PPV, PTV.
..
-
High/Low - are the highest or lowest points of vertical curves
-
PIVs - vertical points of intersection
-
Increment
-
Major Increment - increase for major stations
-
Minor increment - increment for minor stations
-
Points
-
Points - expands the stations of the points.
In case you need to show the stations of the points or you have other information processed using the stations
-
Corridors
Corridors may have regions that begin with varied stations, so lines may need to be rows in the tables representing these stations.
-
Options
-
Write value in - In both vertical and horizontal curves, you can choose which line to write the property on.
This line can be:
-
Index - writes the value of the property on a line that is the initial station of the curve
-
End - writes the value of the property on a line that is the final station of the curve
-
Medium - writes the value of the property on a line that is the largest station in the curve
-
Calculated Medium - writes the value of the property on the line:
-
Initial, if it refers to the curve's start
-
End, if the property refers to the final station
-
Middle, if the property does not refer to the start or end of the curve
-
Write table - indicates whether the program should generate a table for each alignment, or just one table for all alignments
-
Template - such as the NOTASERV2 creates an HTML file as a result, it may be interesting to have an initial template that formats this file.
The program has an initial template, but if you do want to include some information, create an HTML file and include the following items in it:
-
{DOC} - Informs the current DWG name
-
{TEMPLATE} - Displays the name of the service note (extension file *.ntsv)
-
{NOTASERV2} - é the program's processed content.
The tables themselves
-
{ERRORS} - list of processing errors.
For example, if a column should report the dimension of a profile, if there is no profile in the current station, created and shown on this line
-
Duplicate values - Corridors can have Points or Links duplicates.
This happens for example in slopes with sidewalks, or when there is more than one track in the raceway.
Like this,
"I need to choose what to do in these cases.
The user can choose to insert as many repeating columns as necessary to show all the repeats of the same string, or
in the same column, put all the values one in each row.
This configuration controls this, so we have two options:
-
The user inserts new columns - how column insertion can affect the layout of the table, the responsibility of inserting new columns of the user, which can to choose
the position of the new columns
-
NOTASERV2 inserts new lines - In this case, there should be one column per point or link code, and in the case of repeating items with the same code, insert
new lines as needed
-
M$ Excel options
-
Template - name of the XLSX file to use as a template.
Set up your head with your company data
for example
-
Sheet - name of the spreadsheet within the XLSX file to use as a template (an Excel file can have more than one spreadsheet)
-
Line - Start line where you begin to fill the created table, with 1 being the first line
-
Column - Start column where you begin to populate the created table, where 1 is the first column
-
Add border - allows a border to be inserted into the grid within the boundaries of the created table
