MLABELSET

The MLABELSET command is designed to facilitate the creation of labels on alignments.

If you do allotment projects, you've probably come across the need to adjust tens if not hundreds of label sets of alignments.

To use the command:

  1. Call MLABELSET on the command line and select the alignments
  2. Choose the Label Set Style that should be applied to all selected alignments
  3. After choosing the Label Set Style, define in the table which profiles should be selected for the profile labels, if any
Note: the profile name must be text that can be compared with the list of profile names of the selected alignment
Example: G* means the first profile in the alignment profile list, whose name starts with the letter "G" (grade), will be selected
