Commands of general use

The following commands are of general use:

1. SOLIDOSMENU - Loads the plugin's menu, toolbars and Ribbon tabs
2. SOLIDOSHELP - Opens this help
3. SOLIDOSABOUT - Shows information about the current plugin version
