Erro "ErrClosedLoop"

The error "ErrClosedLoop" occurs when C3DRENESG tries to process a network and is a closed circuit, ie a starting structure, the flow goes from upstream to downstream and eventually return the initial structure, without an exit point.

To fix this error:

• Open loop, removing one of the pipes
