Limitations

Some limitations apply to the program:

1. The parcel must be a closed polyline, if not working with Civil 3D parcels
2. Blank islands will be not accepted, even Civil 3D accept
3. The confronting line between two parcels must be well formed. The program interprets the so confrontational, if an edge in common between parcels
