Add ID On Parcels

The command AddIdOnParcels enables the creation of Attributed Blocks or TEXT to identify parcels, sites or streets.

To use the command:

1. Call the command AddIdOnParcels
2. Configure the identification parameters on the screen that opens
3. Select the Parcels
